Problems with High Delta power on all my signals

Ive been aquiring signals with a Cyton Board 8 Channels and for all the
studies on different people with no previous condition when I process
the data and extract the power from each channel I have a higher delta
than other frequency bands. Im not sure why this is happening, even
after applying a bandpass filter from 1 to 45 hz (the range Im working
with). Im also using the OpenVibe adquisition software and passing the
data through a signal cleanup box with a notch configured. The high
delta power is present on all of my 8 channels (some higher than others
but in general all high.). The task is stay relaxed with closed eyes.
Any ideas and suggestions would me most appreciated.
