Python OpenBCI_LSL.py --stream outputs Instantiating Board

This is the error I am currently having with my Ganglion board and dongle:

When I run 

Python OpenBCI_LSL.py --stream 

My terminal (I am using Powershell) outputs the following: 


How can I get the board to output the Ganglion streaming data as shown here: http://docs.openbci.com/3rd%20Party%20Software/04-LSL
