OpenBci to EDF and Polyman

edited January 2018 in Software
Hi,

I'm working on a doctoral study on mammalian sleep. I use a cyton plate with adhesive electrodes and with different attachments to the body of the animal. We have already done tests on cat and goat and we are going to start with a horse.
hi,

I have asked an expert in EEG records and signals to help me with the file OpenBci Gui gives me. Dr. Diego Alvarez, very kindly, has designed some programs in Matlab that allow direct conversion from the OpenBci file to EDF. Additionally, Dr. Estevez is primarily responsible for the Polyman software, an excellent software for EDF analysis.

Since I am not an expert in EEG signals and in this forum there are people who know much more than me, I would appreciate you to try the conversion to see if the programs need any additional adjustment to work perfectly with the Cyton registry.

Here is the link to the information

thanks for your help
