Current Daisy boards for Cyton

Does anyone know if the fix highlighted in the below link is still required for a Daisy board recently purchased (I acquired one just last week)?


I noted the article, above, was from 2014 and and thought perhaps after 3 years corrected boards are now being sold but wanted to confirm.
