broken 8bit board, burn bootloader

Hi!
I have problems with my 8bit board. I tried to upload firmware. There was no error message in Arduino IDE. After that my board doesnt work. I can't recive any data and upload new firmware. 
What I should do? My board is broken?
I want to burn the bootloader from another Arduino. I connected MOSI,CLK, RST, SCK, MISO and GND pins (https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/installing-an-arduino-bootloader). Where I should connect 5V pin? To DDVD? To 5V?
