High electrode impedance (25kOhm) with Ganglion

Hello,

I was going through the Getting Started Tutorial for Ganglion and tried to read my ECG signals but did not succeed. I am using sticky electrodes as in the Tutorial but the corresponding channel impedance does not go below 25 kOhms when doing impedance check. The only different thing from the Tutorial is that I am not using snap electrode cables but crocodile clips (see pic), could that make the difference? Suggestions?
