NeuroSky headset used with the Ganglion

Hello,

I would like to ask if the NeuroSky headset (https://store.neurosky.com/pages/mindwave - one channel, sensor on forehead) is good enough for the Ganglion board. The objective is it to integrate the Ganglion in an electrotherapy device (microcontroller-based) but the developer mentions that "a subtle headset like the NeuroSky one would be required". One of the modules would inquire how a specific audio input can switch the overall brainwave state away from distress or towards a calmed state.

FRI has several headbands with flat dry sensors (on forehead) that would be comfortable and likely easier to adapt.

If you used the Neurosky, by taking it apart and attaching their electrodes to Ganglion -- it's not clear how well that would work or how easy to do. A headband (with flat forehead sensor[s]) is likely to be more comfortable long term, than the Neurosky.
