Accelerometer on Cyton Board

Hi all,

Can anyone please let me know how to test the accelerometer on cyton board?

I recorded the readings for accelerometer in two cases: 1st with movement( of board) and 2nd by keeping the board stable.
In both cases it is giving some values for x, y & z axis following a specific pattern ( for ex: for 1st reading if you get some values on x,y,z then next 7 to 8 readings you will get zeros then again values and again zeros for next 8 readings and so on..) even if the board is stable. Also, reading for z axis is always 0.9.
