BLE, dongle and RFduino
Hi there so I have my Cyton working with the dongle. Now my plan is to get rid of the dongle.
If I understand correctly, if I set the onboard switch to BLE I am able to receive the data with a BLE receiver right?
I've tried a few android applications to receive BLE but they can't find the Cyton so I was wondering if I missed anything.
Also
it's not really clear to me what the RFduino is and does (so far I
understand is another protocol used to communicate between the cyton and
the dongle right?)
However if I set the Cyton on BLE mode with its switch does it mean that it will send data via BLE and not RFduino anymore?
Thank you

Also that means that the only way to get rid of the dongle is to use something like https://github.com/yasser304/OpenBCI-AndroidApp ?
or eventually something like https://github.com/BigCorvus/OpenBCI_Bluetooth2adapter ?
Thanks
