Do you have any idea what changed between last year when everything worked fine, and this year? For example could be your lab location, with the new location having more wireless, Bluetooth, cellular

There is a similar UART port on the Cyton mainboard for communication between the PIC32 (main microcontroller) and the mainboard RFduino, which handles the wireless (Gazelle / Bluetooth / custom proto

I'd also like to add OpenBCI support. For Cyton/Ganglion over Web Serial or Web Bluetooth, has anyone here built browser-based streaming from these boards? Curious about latency, packet parsing, and w

It is also possible that you are in a lab area with many other competing wireless devices (Bluetooth, wifi, cellular, etc.) Getting the dongle off the table and closer to the mainboards will also help

Did you see it in the GUI? That is likely the same address you would use in the BrainBay element setup box. And the same address shown in the Windows Bluetooth Explorer app.

I don't have a BrainBay screen handy at the moment. Don't you have TWO choices in the BrainBay / Brainflow element menu? One is considered 'native' and uses the Bluetooth of the host PC. The other cho

The latency is also relatively constant, but can vary if there is a lot of Bluetooth or Wifi activity in your area. Typically only couple milliseconds or less.

    wjcroft

Please read some of these previous Forum posts. The timestamps are not generated inside the Cyton, but instead by Brainflow in the laptop after the radio packet samples have been buffered by Bluetooth
  18. question regarding Ganglion sample index and timestamps

    wjcroft

Timestamps are assigned NOT at the Ganglion board, but when the radio packets travel through the USB or Bluetooth OS interface and arrive at the Brainflow library / GUI. So expect some buffering delay
