Unable to input OpenBCI LSL stream in BCILAB
by avujic ·Hi all, I would like to use MatLab + BCILAB to pre-process, classify, and visualize real-time EEG data from OpenBCI. -

by Winslow_Strong ·I uploaded some screenshots taken when OBCI is outputting via LSL (i.e. http://docs.openbci.com/software/06-labstreaminglayer ): http://imgur.com/a/gNAqn -
Stream to OSC and use Processing GUI at the same time?
by wjcroft ·Use the search box at lower right for LabStreamingLayer. By outputting a named stream it should be possible to send to any number of LSL input devices. While OpenBCI_GUI does not currently consume LSL -

Can one OpenBCI mainboard serve multiple wireless clients?
by wjcroft ·Use the search box at lower right for LabStreamingLayer if you want to distribute the same EEG data stream to mulitple laptops. It handles distribution as well as timing synchronization. -
Is there a simple OpenBCI kit for newbies?
by wjcroft ·Try searching on the following terms (search box lower right column) for other software packages that can process OpenBCI data: neuromore, BrainBay, BioEra, OpenViBE, LabStreamingLayer, Python, MATLAB -

can multiple boards stream to the same dongle?
by wjcroft ·The LSL LabStreamingLayer might help you synchronize streams, but there may still be substantial jitter since the sample rate clocks are not crystal controlled. Thus sample rate can vary, e.g 250 sps, -
LabStreamingLayer into BCILAB / EEGLAB / MATLAB
by Winslow_Strong ·Thanks, Jfrey! That worked for me, and I posted a walk-thru here:http://openbci.com/forum/index.php?p=/discussion/615/labstreaminglayer-lsl-stream-from-openbci-here-s-how -
LabStreamingLayer (LSL) stream from OpenBCI - Here's how
by Winslow_Strong ·* Download the LSL Python library: https://github.com/sccn/labstreaminglayer/tree/master/LSL/liblsl-Python. You may have to download the .zip of the whole project from here: https://github.com/sccn/l -
