@max_eastwood What's the storage capacity of the microSD cards you use? We strongly recommend to use a card that has 8, 16, or maximum, 32 GB of storage. Secondly, we need to know what firmware version your board is running. Two ways to view t…

Thank you for sharing the screencaps. I see identical noise on all channels. Let's try to address this with fine-tuning your set-up and reducing environmental noise. First, see general tips for reducing noise (Cyton and Ganglion boards): * U…

Hi Hiro, I believe the CytonDaisy sample rate is 125 Hz, regardless if you are saving the data to GUI folder or to microSD card. I am surfacing this thread to RW's attention. I will revert with feedback. best, Shirley

To my knowledge, Ganglion firmware has not changed since 2018. See last Github release: https://github.com/OpenBCI/OpenBCI_Ganglion_Library/releases/tag/v2.0.1 Resolution = Voltage level / 2^n n= 24, per the A/D converter MCP3912 specs: http:/…

@sofiajh24 We'll mail a cyton with current firmware. Would you please email [email protected] with your mailing address? Thank you

Sofia, hi. Did you try to program either the dongle or the Cyton? By program I mean upload firmware. This is not necessary, and we do not recommend doing this unless you are trying to change the default firmware already on each board/dongle.
