@Billh Hi, You are right. But I am not very good at coding. can you please help me ? My email: [email protected]
-
@wjcroft yes, I need to classify distracted or focused epochs and select only good epochs from one recording. Please see the attached figure.
-
@wjcroft Yes, I am recording external trigger events in the EEG data stream.
-
@wjcroft Yes. It is a BCI application. The subject's mind will be distracted with some distractions. Like, music, video, etc. Then will record EEG signal and will extract ERP epochs. There some will be good, some won't. I want to detect good epochs…

Thanks @ianbhak

Hi @ianbhak, I have a different question to you. In your GUI, all voltages are showing almost same value , around 55 micro volt. But in my case, most of the time the values are very different. Can you please tell me how this happened? Like w…

Thanks. I have already explored that.

What are you doing and how? My email : akhter.rafia1@gmail. com
-
Hi, I generate auditory stimuli by microcontroller and gpo pin is connected with cyton board and autocratic events created.
-
Can you give me your email? I am also trying to do research with BCI. But facing some problem reading data from downloaded. My email: [email protected]
-
@Yamada It is recorded by OpenBCI otself. In file menu, there are option for event. I use "from data channel.
-
Hi, I have another question. for oddball paradigm p300, in neural network, what should the input and target parameter ?
-
@Yamada, Hi. Are the pins d17 and d18 recorded somewhere? Yes. You can see at the recorded txt file . There will be 4 digital columns. The last 2 are D17 and D18. Where can I see event numbers, wait times, types, urevent and other results? You…
-
hi @Yamada If I understood clearly, you can use pin d17 and d18 for digital I/O. It will give event number, latency, type, urevent automatically. You will get exact event timing. Then you can also edit many more.

Hi, Can anyone tell me why positive peak is at 200 ms as it should be 300 ms. Also, why there is a sharp negative amplitude around 0-0.04 ms ?
-
Hi Yamada, Have you done with p300 ? If not then I can help you.
-
Hi, Why thereare continuus oscillation in p300 plot ?
-
I am doing P300. Just wanted to do with the push button also. Now I need to do some eeg test about shape orientation but I have no idea what is that and how to do. Lets see.
-
Another thing, can you tell me is there any eeg test related to shape ( triangle /square ) orientation ? I am trying to search on google.

Hi William, Thanks for the information. May my question was not cleared . I wanted to something like, "https://irenevigueguix.wordpress.com/2016/06/07/motor-imagery-vs-motor-execution-and-right-hand-vs-left-hand-with-openbci-32bit-board/" . And i…

not clear. How to use laptop keyboard for event marking?
-
I still don't understand how you can be doing "post processing steps to find P300", without using a trigger and averaging. I am using trigger for getting P300.
-
(2) Well for P300 I must use trigger. My question was for confirming that I am getting the right eeg range value. Because eeg are so sensitive. For any movement sometimes peak changes. I wanted to know the normal rsnge of eeg in elecrodes. (1) af…

Hi, I am a little bit confused with sampling frequency . (1) When it is 250 hz, P300 giving peak around 200 ms for a data set. But while the sampling frequency is decreasing at the same data set ( EEGlab), P300 giving peak around 350 ms. Why …
-
I have filtered on 0.5 Hz. Why P300 giving negative peak ? Why peak is at around 120 ms ? By pic24 microcontroller generating auditory stimulus and getting event on digital mode on D17 nad D18. Hearingtone by head phone . When tried with speake…

Do I need to do any extra wiring to connect digital trigger at D12/D 13?
