I'm planning to buy an Open BCI board to gain some experience in using EEG as a student. Is it possible to convert the raw EEG derived from the OpenBCI board to ERP's? And if so, wich software do you guys use for it?
We also need a software like Presentation (https://www.neurobs.com) for stimuli. Especially, if we have more than two different kind of stimuli. Is there any free choice available, which works with OpeBCI hardware?
Justi, the Open Sesame package you link to looks like it is setup for general Psychology lab experiments, but not specifically EEG ERP. At least supported I could see no reference to supported EEG devices or ERP in their docs,
In our student lab for EEG and ERP studies software is Presentation and Neuroscan 4. They run in different computers and are connected via serial port. I´m looking for similar kind of combination with OpenBCI and open source presentation software. Is there any available? Because of very accurate timing, syncing should be made without any Bluetooth or USB latency. But how?

Have you looked into the free ERPLAB toolbox from UC Davis?

It requires MATLAB and EEGLAB, but if you are at a university, that should be straightforward to obtain.

It's likely there may be other free ERP software out there, look around,
