Ganglion linked-ear reference electrode connections? [resolved]

I am using a Ganglion board to do neurofeedback. I would like to have a way to link 2 separate reference cables to all 4 channels. So, I am wondering, would I need to create a Y-splitter and connect them both to the top REF, or could I just connect one sensor to the top REF and the other to the bottom REF?

Blake, hi. Apologies for the delayed response.

The schematic / PC layout appears to show that these top/bottom pins are connected together:

    • GNDA
    • D_G
    • REF
    • AVDD

So indeed, you should not need a Y-cable. If you connect one REF to left ear, and the other REF to right ear.
