RFduino USB Shield to program device radio: 'fail...'
I am using RFduino USB Shield to program device radio ,and the Arduino IDE feedback
Use serial port monitoring to get the following information:
After consulting the document,https://gist.github.com/mrquincle/9136005 I found that this is exactly when the RFduino boot program is loaded. Next, I should specify the address of the PROGRAM_PAGE data in Flash, but I cannot continue.
Will you have any good suggestions?
Thank you!

Hi X,
"fail... fail... fail..." when trying to flash the mainboard RFduino, usually means the contact of the pins with the solder pads is not tight enough. See,

Hi
I got "expecting 52, got 53
fail.......fail.......fail......." when using RFduino USB Shield to upload RadioDevice32bit.ino
Also got "expecting 52, got 53
fail.......fail.......fail......." when plug Dongle into computer and upload RadioHost32bit.ino
I have double checked TX-RX and RX-TX, but error still exist.
Anyone could give me some suggestions?
Best Regards
I have exactly the same error as yours. Replace the old version with RFDLoader.exe in the latest firmware. It can pass the 52 test, but it will report an error when uploading the program and there is no solution.
Hi Xhm,
Are you saying that your upload is successful, but to ignore the fail...... messages?
William
Hi, wjcroft,
I don't kown whether my myload is successful, but it always tell me "fail......fail......fail......"
How can i be sure that upload was successful?
My question was for @xhm2855.
The upload was not successful, just ignored "expecting 52, got 53"
So you mean there's nothing to do when the " expecting 52, got 53" problem happens? And it means the upload is unsuccessful?
