no Bluetooth connection OS X Sierra

Please help, I got 2 Ganglion but none is operation on Sierra while Windows 10 is ok.

Do I have to use BLI dongle also for Mac even mAc has build in BLE ?

    DO NOT use the dongle on Mac.

    What year / model Mac do you have? If it happens to be somewhat old, it may not have the right BLE hardware inside it. Can you try another Mac that you have?

    OK, that is recent. What do you see in the GUI? Does the Ganglion show up in the list of devices? Do other BLE devices work on this Mac. Etc.

    yes. Also the BLE LED stops blinking (SIMBLEE appears in system)

    Are you saying that your computer can see the ganglion and then it connects to it? When the LED stops blinking, that means the Ganglion is connected. If your computer is connected to the Simblee (Ganglion) then the GUI will not see it. You need to make sure that the Ganglion is not connected (blinking) and then run the GUI and it will find the Ganglion for you.
