Spectrogram in GUI

Hi,

I see in the GUI source code some remnants of spectrogram code.

Are they operational and how is it possible to activate them?

(I tried to uncomment / change whatever looked relevant, but that didn't work )

I think Chip @chipaudette had this working in one of his versions of the GUI.

You can also see live spectrograms in BrainBay and OpenViBE.
