How to connect daisy to board

Hello,

I received today the 16 channel kit.

There are some headers and the daisy-chain module isn't connected.

I managed to connect the board to PC and connect to OpenBCI GUI.

I ran into, as others did, into the "smaller than 1 uV signal on all channels" too.

While waiting for replacement hardware, how do I connect the daisy-chain to main module and get an operational 16-channel system?

Do I need to solder in any of the headers?

Do I need to re-program any of the firmware? If so - which ones and where do I get them from?

Since you are going to have to return your board, you could save some time by not soldering in the headers. Since that will need to be done on the replacement board.

The firmware on the board should be setup for 16 channel operation, since you bought that kit.

The firmware is functional with 8 or 16 channels

@wjcroft, we are not replacing the Daisy Module. Only the 32bit Board and Dongle. This is where the error lies. The Daisy is just fine.

Joel, understood. I thought @qwer1304 was asking about soldering up his main board, which is going to be replaced. Chip's technique calls for soldering the headers on the main board before soldering the daisy headers.
