Ganglion 'Failed to initialize board' error

in Ganglion
After successfully recording multiple sessions of data, I am not able to reconnect to the Ganglion board, receiving the 'Failed to initialize board' error from the GUI. I noticed that the blue LED light was not consistently flashing ON when the "start session" button is clicked, then the error message appears
I have charged the battery and even tried getting a new GUI but still the same error message appears.

Hi Xander,
Have you tried running a test on another computer, to eliminate possible hardware, usb or driver issues with your current machine?
Try first with the BLED112 dongle. But if you are using a more recent Windows machine with appropriate Bluetooth BLE support, you may also be able to connect via the 'native' device type instead of the dongle. That is the top button in your screen shot.

Hey thank you for responding, I've tried this and I'm still getting the same error message. I even tried it on a different system.
I also tried updating the firmware of the ganglion but the board itself fails to connect.
Have you emailed with customer support (contact at openbci.com) ?
Did you try the Native mode, in case there is something odd with the BLED112 dongle?
Yes I have sent them an email.
Also The native mode gave the same error message too on my system and the other system I tried it on
Hey, I still have this problem and even tried uploading a firmware3 but the ganglion failed to connect
Customer service should be able to get you some type of solution. Have they responded?
No they haven't yet, thank you for your response
