Noise Steps in All Signals

We have been working with a new Ganglion Board a little over a month but have found that there are steps in the signals causing noise that renders the signals virtually useless. Some of these steps reach numbers up to 1000 microvolts. An image of these steps during an ECG reading has been added to this post, however these signals are present during all signal testing (EEG, EOG, EMG). The steps are filter out when a high-pass filter of 3Hz is applied, but this filter is too high for our signals. Please let us know if there is anything that can be changed to fix this issue.

According to the customer support group, this issue was solved when SMorris configured the channel inputs correctly.

All biosignal amplifiers are 'differential', they subtract two input voltages. For example in EEG with the channel pin and reference pin. Or in EMG, with the two input pins per channel.
