Hi Folks!
We want to buy a BCI headset with the 25% special for November that is valid until the end of this month. The problem is that we sent an email, and nobody is replying us. I also tried to find a phone number to call them, and we couldn't find a phone to call. Thanks!

    Here is from St Cloud State University. We have a lab with 4 BCI headsets. Early this week we got the authorization to buy a 5th BCI headset with the 25% from the Dean. Now we need help to get that order placed with the 25% November special discount. We are still trying to get any feedback from your team. The finance sector needs us to do the order directly with the OpenBCI team, instead of just doing it online. So, we need to follow the procedures that have been done for all previous orders that we placed before.

    We are having similar difficulties. Our lab would like to buy some equipment using the 25% discount, but we are having problems receiving info regarding quotations and invoicing. Also in our case the finance department of the university needs to pay OpenBCI directly via bank transfer and therefore I cannot buy the equipment normally using the online procedure.
    Unfortunately we have only few days to fix this due to budget spending deadlines, so I hope this will be resolved soon!

    Hi @cavalcanti -- I can see that Cari is already in touch with you and there's been a back and forth going via email. We will extend the November discount for your order since you did reach out on Nov 28, no need to worry!
