Filtering calibration and frequency range in the raw data output

Hi openbci community,
I want to make sure I get the best signal/noise initial data in the BDF output files coming from Ganglion. On this data I will preform later all the necessery filtering. Is there a part covering this subject in the documentation? Also, I have 2 specific questions:
1. Does using the GUI filter also filters the bdf output?
2. How do I calibarte the frequency range that the Ganglion device is recording?

Cheers,
Sharon

The GUI always writes raw data to the recording files, with no filtering. This is to allow your filtering to match your subsequent research goals.

The raw data files are recording the full frequency range that the device receives. No 'calibration' is needed.
