GUI software fails to start

Have anyone encountered situations where GUI software often fails to start? After startup, the software remains on the logo page and cannot access the software function page. This situation occasionally occurs. The computer system is Win10, what is the reason? Thank you.

    Have you tried running the GUI on another computer, to see if there might be something unusual about your operating system drivers or hardware?

    We switched to another computer and it can be used normally.

    There are some previous threads on the Forum, which mention that the Processing language that the GUI is written in, is highly dependent on a reliable and working OpenGL library / graphics drivers. Check with your manufacturer support site to see if any graphics related updates are available.

    For any similar posts, please always share the Console Log. Found in USER/Documents/OpenBCI_GUI/Console_Data/. We are in the final stages of GUI v6, which updates to Processing 4.
