Limited Warranty?

I understand there is no warranty that the equipment is suitable for any type of use. However, is there a manufacturer's warranty on the hardware that it will not break down within 12 months after receiving? There is a 30-day refund period. But is there anything that says OpenBCI stands behind the boards they manufacture?

I know that OpenBCI does replace products that fail during the warranty period. You should email (contact at openbci.com) and ask for specifics. Here is the Liability document,
