Updating cyton firmware

in Cyton
Hello,
I've been attempting to get a hold of someone from the group of folks who design the cyton firmware. The research group at my site (U.S. based) would like to pay a small fee to send out our board to have the firmware updated correctly, rather than attempt to do it ourselves. I'd very much appreciate further information on how to proceed.
Thank you!

Please email (contact at openbci.com), which is customer support.
How do you know you have old firmware? Cyton firmware has not been updated for a long time. When did you purchase?
It was purchased sometime between 2014 and 2016. We are having persistent problems with using the digital channels in ways that indicate the firmware is not the most recent version. I have contacted that e-mail twice in the past week pertaining to this request, including earlier today.
Thank you!
OK, then Customer Support will help you get the firmware updated.
Yes the upgrade from V2 to V3 firmware has many steps since the both the PIC32 and both RFduinos need flashing.
Mentioning @Shirley.
Hi! I sent an e-mail on Aug 25 asking for follow-up on the cyton board that I sent out to y'all which arrived to your location on Monday, Aug 21. I haven't received any response related to the board. Could I have a status update on the board and whether you've had time to try updating the firmware yet? Thanks!
Hi Erika,
Staff will be back in the office on Tuesday after the Labor Day holiday. My guess is that some staff were taking their summer vacations in the latter parts of August.
Mentioning @Shirley, @joeartuso, @openbci .
