using ECG SNAP ELECTRODE CABLES with flat EEG snap electrodes?

Hi, like in title I wonder if i can use that combo for EEG or this kind of cables are only for EMG/ECG misuration.

Yes, the headband in the shop does this. With both flat and comb snap electrodes.
