In EEG measurements, is it sufficient to delete the interval until the signal stabilizes?

Hi everyone. Sorry for my bad English.
I measure EEG from Cytonboard.
In the measurement, I take time for the signal to stabilize (1 minute after starting the measurement). Then, one minute after the start of measurement, I perform stimulus presentation.

So my question is, should I remove the first minute and not use it for analysis? I use EEGLAB for the analysis.
Waiting for answers. Thank you.

    Tatsuya, hi.

Generally the Cyton channels are stabilized within a few seconds of starting the session. So this few seconds is all you need to discard before taking your data. Most of the first minute will be fine to use.
