Getting abnormally large outputs in the txt file output

Hello all, new to the OpenBCI world, and in need of a little bit of guidance. It seems to be that I'm getting abnormally large numbers in the output of my txt files, found in the "recording" folder in my openBCI folder. These numbers range from +/- 150000, as per the image included. Even after playing around with some of the filterings, BP filter/ notch. It seems it made a bit of a difference, with the output being in the +/- 4000 range. As per the guidance of my thesis supervisor, they say that the values shouldn't be negative, and should in fact be much smaller. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the readings to a more accurate number?
