what is the minimum maximum EEG data values

i plan to create a EEG translator. i want to know what what is the minimum maximum EEG data values.
is it something like:

min: -60000
max: 60000

    Have you looked through the OpenBCI Getting Started material? What board do you have? What do you mean by "EEG translator"? Typical EEG is below 100 microvolts, or in the range from a few microvolts to say 60 to 80 microvolts. This is assuming you have pre-filtered the data stream to remove mains noise, DC offset, etc.

    What OpenBCI device do you own? Where did this CSV come from, it's not from OpenBCI_GUI?

    All EEG must be pre-filtered, do you understand about filtering? Typical filters remove DC offset and mains noise. The data above is jumping all over the place with both plus and minus large values. Do the columns represent channels? Are the units microvolts?
