Lithium battery sizes supported ?

Hello! I am looking for options to buy new batteries for the boards. I have seen that you recommend this battery:

And I wanted to know if it is a good option to buy one with more mAh like this:

    Paul, hi.

    Yes, any of the Adafruit LiPo cells can work. The small battery was chosen so that it fits behind the Cyton or Ganglion when mounted inside the Ultracortex headset battery case. If you are not constrained by this case, other sizes can work.

    I am currently using a 2000mAh LiPo battery and getting a battery life of just about ~24 hours with recording to SD card.
    I ideally need to record for 3-4 days. Are there higher capacity LiPo batteries I can use?

    You can use any of the Adafruit (or other) battery sizes.

    As far as how much battery you need, nominal current usage of the Cyton is about 50 mA. So in 24 hours that is 24 * 50 = 1200 mAh. Four days would be 4 * 24 * 50 = 4800 mAH.
