Extend Duration of Sample Collection Over One Hour

Hello all,

I have the Cyton+Daisy setup and am trying to do a full 8+ hour data collection.
I'm Looking for the setting that enables me to extend sample collection from 1 hr to SD to the desired duration.

I have the WiFi shield and an SD card.
