Detecting N1 Sleep Events

We're having a lot of difficulty detecting N1 sleep events in the output of an EEG, EMG and EOG montage.
Wonder if anyone can help? The sleep physiologist I'm working with is very experienced but it is with a different output.
One of the output files is here... https://www.dropbox.com/t/e4ArZR5ILeFfTHJX
The first few minutes of data are cap adjustment. The subject is still after approx. 4mins.
The channels are arranged:
Channel 1 EOG1
2 EOG2
3 F3
4 F4
5 C3
6 C4
7 O1
8 O2
9.1 and 9.2 Chin
Would welcome any feedback as to what we might be doing wrong.
