data stream truncated / interrupted? MATLAB?

We run a test for 1 min, 5 minutes, and 1 hour and the data that was transferred into MatLab gives the same amount of lines. We do not know if it is a cut of data at some point or if the data collected in a different way.
Also based on the OpenBCI file for 1 min, 5 min and 1 hour, the txt file got interrupted and recorded at a different time sets. I will run a test again to see if data copies properly. Any comments?

    It actually has 55,000 entries. but matlab is not saving a proper data.

    Trying to narrow down where the issue is. It sounds like this is a MATLAB problem?

    Can you confirm that your recordings made from OpenBCI GUI look fine and are the proper length? How is the data stream getting into MATLAB? One of these ways:

    • reading the CSV file created by the GUI
    • streaming from Cyton directly to MATLAB via Brainflow library
    • streaming from GUI LSL into MATLAB LSL
