schematic source files for OpenBCI boards

I want to build the OpenBCI myself and I would need a parts list. I did not find anything in the hardware description and also I couldn't find the schematic and pcb files. Is it planned to release those?

I am trying to open the cyton board schematic and PCB files using Fusion360.
I have downloaded the zip files from the V3_Hardware_Design_Files thread on the OpenBCI Github.
However I am unable to open them using Fusion360.
Do I have to use Design Spark?
