EEG data analysis

I am still waiting for drivers to connect my ganglion to neurofeedback applications (BioEra, BioExplorer, OpenVibe...).  So in the meantime, I would like to simply record EEG data and analyse it.  I know that I can use OpenBCI GUI to record a session but I would like to know what application would be the easiest to use to analyse such data.  I am mostly interested in brainwaves during meditation, so I expect to see increased alpha and theta waves, but I would like to quantify this change.  So basically, I am looking for an analysis package that can quantify the various brainwaves (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma) to see any changes between various conditions (eyes closed vs meditation for example).  Ideally, I am also interested in measuring coherence between different electrodes (left vs right for example).   Any help and/or software suggestions to do this kind of analysis would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
