Can't connect the Ganlion with my Windows 7 computer

I use the CSR 4.0 dongle and I can identifiy several units in the scan list, but the Ganglion doesn't show up. The blue diod on front blinks. If I try scan with my phone the Ganglion shows up, but it can't be connect (the blue diod is constant on). Is it possible to check the Ganglion to see if it's working correct? Is there a trick to force the device to show up?

EDIT: I tried a Mac and the Ganglion doesn't show up doing a scan.
