Customer Service - occurs primarily over email and involves quoting and invoicing potential customers as well as answering basic questions about the products. Following up on sales and net-30 accounts. Occasional shipping and receiving. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Customer Service through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Drafting and sending out monthly newsletters also falls into this category.
Community Management - involves encouraging growth in participation on our community page, engaging users of the community page and assisting where necessary. Interfacing with Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Sales & Marketing - this mainly involves pursuing new business leads. Additionally, you will be managing our ad campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, etc.). Intuition in business development and probability/statistics are important for this responsibility.
Accounting - Update our budget monthly, schedule payments to our contractors, etc. Manage company expenses.
Business Development - tasks involve researching potential reseller and wholesale accounts. Understanding regulatory requirements for the sale of certain items/products. Organization and management. Launching new products in the online store.
Office Assistant - includes scheduling and coordination of calendar items, booking meetings and events, perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
Miscellaneous - We are a fast growing company so you will also have to wear many hats, and be in charge of your own projects, which might be supervising video production, content writing, checking on interns projects, and anything you can come up with that helps the company grow!
Google Docs, Excel or Google Spreadsheets, Fluent English, Excellent written and spoken communication skills, Wordpress, Social Media, Interpersonal skills. Strong technical and analytical foundation. Organization.
