Would like some coding help on 8 bit OpenBCI board

HI folks.
Unfortunately my time has become limited due to work and I need to get this project off the ground.

The project needs are this.

1.  Working with facial EMG.. not EEG.
2. No BLE dongle - I will be working directly between the OpenBCI board and a serial connection. There will be no PC involved.
3. Need to round samples into a smoother 'curve' to reflect muscles tensing and relaxing - this will be fed to a servo controller.

I am willing to pay for help, however as this is a hobby please don't expect to quote thousands.  I can pay via Paypal

I am also located in Australia however as there should not need to have any face to face contact then that is not an issue. Access to a 8 bit V3 board will be helpful.
