Abstract—As metabolism is correlated with cortisol and DHEA levels, saliva testing for cortisol and DHEA, amylase shows metabolism of the test subject quantitatively. Amplitudes of electroencephalography waves are correlated with the emotions of the test subject. Simultaneous testing of the subject may lead to relations of substrate metabolism and emotions after ingestion of substrates.
